Castlehill Dairy Farm is collectively managed by the Searle Family.  With the ongoing support and assistance of a Farm Supervisor located in Taranaki, the family remains intimately involved in the overall management of the property.

Shayle, after growing up in New Zealand, made an impact on the world of statistics and mathematics thru his tenure of 31 years at Cornell University.  He has since “retired” and spends his time in upstate New York and New Zealand.

Susan has an extensive corporate background working for AT & T and Sage Software in the capacity of client marketing and sales management.  She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Heather has had a career in hospitality management working for the Olympic Committee and several national restaurant chains.  She lives in Florida where she and her husband have a design and build company, Savage Design Group.
